Considered to be the second largest neighborhood in Seattle, Magnolia is located on a hilly peninsula just northwest of downtown and has been around since 1891. As Magnolia is segregated from the remainder of the city, the BNSF Railway tracks make it possible for people to get to and from the neighborhood and the city by providing three bridges that connect the roadways. The neighborhood is surrounded to the north by Discovery Park, to the east by Interbay, to the south by Elliott Bay Marina, and to the west by Puget Sound.

The real estate for sale in Magnolia offers many opportunities for those wanting to browse around before officially deciding on a spot. With countless amenities among all the homes for sale, one can expect to find properties with rounded arches with impressive ceiling height, spacious rooms, and maybe even new flooring, paint and windows. Many of the condos and houses for sale in Magnolia are fully equipped with top of the line appliances that nicely characterize the open floor plans and compliment the hardwood floors. The overall majority of the homes for sale in Magnolia offer stunning views of the city, Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier, observable through large windows. Magnolia homes for sale are also relatively close to restaurants, downtown shopping, and of course the world-famous waterfront.
