Magnolia

Considered to be the second largest neighborhood in Seattle, Magnolia is located on a hilly peninsula just northwest of downtown and has been around since 1891. As Magnolia is segregated from the remainder of the city, the BNSF Railway tracks make it possible for people to get to and from the neighborhood and the city by providing three bridges that connect the roadways. The neighborhood is surrounded to the north by Discovery Park, to the east by Interbay, to the south by Elliott Bay Marina, and to the west by Puget Sound.
